6 cups fresh blueberries
4 cups sliced peeled green apples 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon
cornstarch 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Spoon in an oven proof casserole
dish.
Topping: 1/2 cup flour 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup
quick oatmeal 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to
350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, apples, sugar,
cornstarch and lemon juice. Spoon in an oven proof casserole dish.
Topping: Combine the dough and crumble by hand over fruit. Bake 25
to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
