1 9-inch pie crust,
fully cooked 1 pound apples 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon flour 1/4
cup molasses 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon
salt
Topping: 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 4 teaspoons melted
butter 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Peel
and core apples. Cut into wedges. Stew in 1/4 cup water. In a large
bowl, combine sugar, flour, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add
apples. Spoon in pie shell. Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle evenly over the pie. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Home |
