STRAWBERRY AND PEACH COMPOTE
1 cup red wine,
(beaujolais, pinot noir, or merlot)
In a small
bowl, combine wine, sugar, and almond extract. Peel, half and slice peaches.
Layer strawberries and peaches in dessert glasses.
