PROVENÇALE HERBED
BISCUITS
MAKES 16
2 cups
flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon herbes de provence 1
teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to
450 degrees. In food processor, combine flour, baking powder, herbes de
Provence and salt. With machine running, add milk then olive oil until well
combined. Turn out dough unto floured surface; knead lightly. Form dough into
16 even-size balls. Place balls of dough 2 in apart on greased baking
sheet; flatten them slightly. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden
brown. Serve warm.
