PIZZA DOUGH

2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon powder milk

In an electric mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water and sugar. Add flour, salt and oil, and powder milk.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes. It should shape into a mass that cleans the sides of the bowl.
Place dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and put aside to rise until doubled in bulk.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut dough into 2 equal pieces. Roll out each piece, on a floured surface, with a floured rolling pin into circles to fit a 12" pizza pan.
Brush with a bit of olive oil. Spread pizza or spaghetti sauce lightly over the surface.
Add other toppings if desired. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
