PIZZA MARGHARITA
1 recipe pizza dough
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella 1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce 3
minced garlic cloves 6 anchovy fillets (optional) 2 teaspoons grated
Parmesan 1 teaspoon olive oil
Prepare the pizza dough recipe. Cut
dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll out each piece, on a floured surface, with a
floured rolling pin into circles to fit a 12" pizza pan. Brush with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine garlic with pizza or marinara sauce.
Spread evenly over the surface of pizzas. Chop anchovy fillets and scatter
over pizzas. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot.
