RAISIN CAKE

1 1/2
cups flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 ounces milk 1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 1/2 cups apples, chopped
1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350
degrees. Grease and flour one 9 inch square baking pan. Mix together the
first ten ingredients. The batter will be thick. Fold in the apples raisins
and nuts. Spoon batter into pan. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Cool in
pan for 10 minutes. If desired, frost with whipped cream or other icing.
