3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Beat eggs and sugar until light and
creamy. Stir in the remaining ingredients until smooth. Cook on pizzelli
machine to form wafers, or while wafer is hot, shape into cup over a glass or
similar container.
