medium boneless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sherry 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon
minced ginger
For dip: 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3/4 cup
orange marmalade toothpicks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut boneless
and skinless chicken breasts into bite sizes. Marinate 15 minutes in soy
sauce, sherry, oil, garlic, and ginger. Bake for 15 minutes. Make dip
combining mustard and orange marmalade. Serve hot with the chicken bits along
with toothpicks. Chicken may be served in chafing dish with sauce.
