ROQUEFORT DIP WITH FRUIT

Serves: 8

4 ounces Roquefort cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup whipping cream
apples, pears, pineapple, crackers

Beat the cheeses with mustard. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
Serve with wedges of fruit or crackers. Make a pineapple bird. Put the dip inside. Surround with wedges of fruit.
