SMOKED SALMON BAGELETTES

makes 12

8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces smoked salmon
6 mini bagels
1 dill sprig
4 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters

In a food processor, blend the cheese and salmon to a creamy consistency. Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
Toast bagel halves. Pipe mixture on bagels. Top with dill and cherry tomato quarters.
Note : For a different mixture, add chives, onion, and dill to cheese salmon blend.
