1/2 cup olive oil 2 teaspoons
minced garlic 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon water 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce Salt and pepper to
taste 1 teaspoon chopped basil
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a
skillet. Add garlic and saute until golden brown. Cool to room temperature.
Transfer mixture to a blender. Blend well with remaining ingredients
except basil. Mix basil in vinaigrette
