| FARMER'S SALAD WITH GOUDA AND SMOKED

8 ounces Gouda cheese 5
ounces smoked sausage 2 medium dill pickles 1 medium onion 1/2
teaspoon caraway seeds 2 teaspoons chopped chives 6 ounces cooked broad
noodles
For dressing: 3 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 cup olive oil
Cut cheese, sausage,
and pickles into small slices; peel and dice onion. Toss with chives and
noodles and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Mix vinegar, salt, mustard and
oil, pour over salad and marinate for 1 hour.
