FRUIT SALD DRESSING

Makes about 2 cups

2 egg yolks
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup whipped cream

In a small saucepan, beat yolks lightly. Add honey, lemon juice, salt and butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Chill.
Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and use to top fresh fruit salad.
