OLD FASHION POTATO SALAD

Serves: 6

4 cups quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard cooked eggs, shelled and chopped
1 sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place potatoes on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees (220 C) 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add potatoes; mix lightly. Chill.
