TURKEY AND CHICKEN SALAD

Serves: 12

2 pounds cooked small potatoes
1 pound diced cooked chicken
1 pound diced cooked turkey
4 medium diced zucchini
1 teaspoon chopped chervil
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
6 hard boiled eggs, cut into wedges

Peel and dice potatoes. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except eggs. Toss well.
Serve salad garnished with eggs
