1/2 cup chopped fresh basil 1/3 cup
olive oil 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Whisk together basil, vinegar, oil, mustard,
garlic, salt, pepper and hot sauce; pour over bean mixture and toss to coat.
Garnish salad with 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
