WALDORF SALAD

Serves: 6

1 pound firm apples (gala, Fuji, Granny Smith)
4 ounces celery
2 ounces walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
lettuce leaves for garnish

Peel and dice apples and celery. Add walnuts.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice. Blend all ingredients well.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
