1 tablespoon butter 1 egg
1/4 cup light brown sugar 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
paprika 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Melt butter in a saucepan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg, sugar, mustard, and paprika. Add vinegar. Whisk
again. Blend into cooled butter. Cook stirring over low heat, just until
thickened. Cool, and cover with plastic wrap.
