| PAVE D'AREMBERG |
Description: This is a cheese
that has been recently discovered by Pascal, our cheese master. It is produced
by a farmer in the North of France, Aremberg, a region known for it paved
streets.
Texture: Orange and sticky
rind. Taste: The taste is
strong, at the same time extremely agreeable to the palate. The ideal
combination to fully enjoy this cheese is to eat it with a bread baked "a
lancienne" (a tightly packed dough in the interior of the bread) and a
dark beer. |
