 PIGOUILLE
Description:
The Pigouille is one of the rare ewe’s milk cheeses that is produced in the Ile d’Oleron. Its funny sounding name comes from the long pole the fishermen use to push their boats in the marshes of the region.

Texture:
Its white pate is soft.
Taste:
This cheese has a fresh, harmonious taste with an acidic savour. An interesting discovery.
