Description: This cheese has an
original shape: a ring of about 10 centimetres with a hole in the centre of
about 2 centimetres and a height of 2 centimetres. Very much like a doughnut,
with the same hand made aspect. Its rind is slightly blue, powdered with
charcoal.
Texture: Under the rind you will discover a
soft, perfectly white pate. Taste: The flavour has just the right
balance between salty and sour. You will enjoy it, a great example of an
