Description: This cheese is produced
in the Ariège(Pyrenées ). Clothed in its coating of spices it is
a pleasure to look upon and sets off the cheese board. A festival of colours
and fragrances.
Texture: A very thin curd and soft
"pate". Taste: It is
presented in its natural state or enveloped with spices which gives the cheese
a diverse taste and alluring aromas. Excellent as an aperitif cheese with a
flute of champagne, or to excite the palate it should be the first tasted on
the cheese board. |
