Texture:
The rind of the cheese is dry and
covered with silvery blue mould. The pate’s texture is fine, dense with a
well balanced aroma of goat’s milk.
Taste:
The cheese has a bluish rind. An
excellent country cheese, delicate to the palate with a smooth and slightly
piquant taste. |
