Description: In the valleys and
vineyards around Lyons one finds the goat herds that produce the milk from
which the sarment cheese is made. What makes this cheese different is that a
vine stock protrudes from its top. This give the cheese a festive air,
definitely a talking point at a party. A charming idea, the cheese is
excellent.
