In the Alpes of the
Haut Provence, and on France’s Mediterranean coast, the 15th February, the
day of St Agatha, is dedicated to women. They gather together and enjoy a
feast. On this occasion this cheese is one of their delights.

supple pate.
Taste:
The
Tetoun ‘teats’ is a goat’s cheese with a strong character and
goat milk savor enhanced by pepper added to the basic flavor of the cheese. A
superb cheese to discover. |
