CHICKEN

pound broccoli 5 cups cooked chicken 2 10-ounce can chicken soup 1
cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup white bread
crumbs 2 teaspoons butter
Clean, wash and cut broccoli into medium
pieces. Cook lightly in boiling water. Drain well. Cover the bottom of a
casserole dish with broccoli. Cover broccoli with the diced chicken. In a
separate bowl, mix chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream and ginger.
Spread over chicken. Top with the cheddar cheese. Brown bread crumbs with
butter. Sprinkle over top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30
minutes or until bubbly and brown.
