Buttermilk blueberry muffins

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup instant oatmeal
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 beaten egg
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup blueberries

Preparation

    Preheat oven to at 425 degrees.
    Mix together all dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, egg and oil. Mix thoroughly. Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes.
