Lemon krumkake

  • Yield Makes 12 to 14 wafers

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon lemon extract

Preparation

    Beat eggs and sugar until light and creamy. Stir in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Cook on pizzelli machine to form wafers, or while wafer is hot, shape into cup over a glass or similar container.
