6 squares white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1-7 ounce package sweetened dried cranberries
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at Medium for 3 minutes or until chocolate is partially melted.
Remove from heat and stir until completely melted. Stir in cranberries.
Drop small spoonfuls of mixture on a foil or waxpaper-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Wrap and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
