Quick and easy pie crust

  • Time cooking time:
  • Yield For one 9 inch tart pan


    1 1/2 cups All Purpose flour
    1/2 cup (4 ounces) cold butter
    1/4 cup cold water
    1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)


    In a food processor, process all ingredients until dough clumps together. Roll out dough on a floured surface and transfer to 9 inch tart pan.
