Rice crispies cakes

  • Time cooking time: 10 minutes
  • Yield 16 cakes

Ingredients

    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 cups miniature marshmallows or 40 large
    6 cups rice crispies

Preparation

    In a medium saucepan, combine butter, vanilla, and marshmallows.
    Melt over medium heat while stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Remove from heat, and mix in rice crispies.
    Spoon and press into a 9-inch square pan .
    Cool and cut into cakes.
