Iced irish cream coffee

    10 cups fresh strong brewed Irish coffee
    3 cups vanilla ice cream


    Pour brewed coffee into large heatproof pitcher. Cover; refrigerate until chilled (about 2 hours).
    To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each 16-ounce glass. Pour chilled coffee over ice cream.
