SHRIMP EAST

Serves 2
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1
tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons peeled ginger, cut into julienne 1
tablespoon low salt soy sauce 1/2 Tabasco sauce 2 tablespoons oyster
sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tart apple, peeled and cut into
julienne Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add
shrimp. Stir for a minute. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer over medium
heat. Remove shrimp when done. Set aside. Continue cooking sauce until
thickened. Spoon over shrimp.
