Serves 208 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces smoked salmon, boned and skinned 1 tablespoon chopped chives 10 miniature bagels 1 sprig fresh dill PREPARATION In a food processor, blend the cheese, smoked salmon and chives into a creamy consistency. Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Toast bagel halves. Pipe salmon mixture on bagels. Garnish with dill.
