Makes 1 cup 1 large egg yolk (room
temperature) In a mixing
bowl, combine egg yolks, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Beat with
a whisk or at high speed with an electric mixture. Add 1/4 cup olive oil very
slowly, beating constantly. |
