4 medium artichoke bottoms
4 ounces peeled celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 head Boston lettuce
12 small asparagus tips

Cut artichokes and celery into small strips.
Mix with mayonnaise.
Arrange vegetables on a bed of Boston lettuce leaves and top with asparagus.
