butter 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 3 cups flour 2 teaspoons cream of
tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Add
sugar and blend. Beat in the eggs. Sift flour with cream of tartar and baking
soda. Add to the batter alternately with milk. And vanilla. Line muffin
pans with baking paper cake. Spoon batter into cups. Bake for about 20 minutes,
or until cup cakes are golden brown. Cover with butter icing. Note:
White cake mix can also be used to make the cup cakes.
