PANCAKES AU GRATIN
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup medium- thick cream sauce
12 thin slices of cooked ham
cup medium-thick cream sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg yolk
ounces grated Swiss cheese
Clean and slice mushrooms. Sauté in
butter until tender. Add cream sauce. Top each crêpe with a slice of ham.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons mushroom sauce over. Roll crêpes, and
arrange on buttered baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine
cream sauce, heavy cream and egg yolks. Stir to blend. Pour sauce over crepes.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes, or until
