ARTICHOKE AND CELERY SALAD

Serves: 4

4 medium artichoke bottoms, cooked
4 ounces peeled celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1 head boston lettuce
12 small asparagus tips, cooked

Cut artichokes and celery into small strips. Mix with mayonnaise.
Arrange vegetables on a bed of Boston lettuce leaves and top with asparagus.
