2 cups whipped cream 4 tablespoons
grated horseradish 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4
teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine whipped cream with
horseradish. Gently fold all ingredients together. Roll into greased parchment
paper and freeze. At service time, cut into slices. This sauce may be
served with beef, ham, corned beef, tongue, smoked fish and seafood.
