1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
chopped parsley 1 tablespoon chopped chervil 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1
teaspoon chili sauce
Heat and reduce the chopped tomatoes to a thick
consistency. Cool tomatoes, and combine with all ingredients. This sauce
goes well with seafood, poultry, pork, and veal.
