1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan
6 ounces egg noodles
4 ounces diced pepperoni
1 cup sliced
1/2 cup slivered red pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk,
Parmesan and oregano. Stir in noodles.
In broiler proof pan cook pepperoni
for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, red pepper and onion. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4
