2 dozens jumbo shrimp 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 ounces melted
butter 6 lemon wedges 1small bunch parsley
Peel and fantail
shrimp. Devein and butterfly. Arrange shrimp in a baking dish. Season with
salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Pour the melted butter over and broil about
4 inches (10 cm) from the source of heat for 10 minutes. Transfer to a
serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
