GREEK SALAD WITH GRILLED SHRIMP
1 large head romaine,
washed and cut into pieces
greens, pepper, cucumber, green onions and tomatoes. Toss with dressing.
Scatter olives and feta over the top. In heavy skillet heat the olive oil. Add
shrimp, garlic and oregano. Toss over high heat until shrimp are pink, curled
and just cooked through. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Spoon over salad.
